What do you have to do?

1. We build each project on the basis of a concept (also known as an image or metaphor). You must be able to generate it. The designer deals with only one project. The project manager is responsible for all operations. We work quickly - in weekly sprints. We can make a full-fledged branding project and website in two months (under certain conditions even faster). After the completion of the project, we have a buffer week to conduct a retro project and prepare for a new upcoming project. If necessary, freelancers can be invited to the project (for example, designers, illustrators, copywriters, etc. Mistakes are normal. We don't expect perfection, but people who learn from mistakes.
